For more than 25 years we've been successfully using our proven process to provide positive solutions to problems, and construct a model for accountability and measurable results in a safe environment away from the distractions and confines of daily work. This process is conducted in three interrelated sessions that are scheduled over the course of a year. Each of these sessions takes the team off site for two to three days, depending on the size of the team.
