After your initial complimentary assessment interview, if you wish to proceed, we will determine mutually agreed upon dates for me to come to your organization. We will send pre-surveys to be filled out by you and, if applicable, by your team. We then condense that data and create interview questions to follow-up and zero in on the problems you are having. At your site we will compile all the assessment data for you in an anonymous composite that further enhances problem identification. Then we help you create specific action plans to resolve those problems. If applicable, you will also receive a commitment document that will help you achieve optimal performance.
