LONNI TRYKOWSKI
Lonni Trykowski has a master's degree in physical therapy from Virginia Commonwealth University and the Medical College of Virginia and has been practicing since 1974. She discovered early on that one of the most important components of her work is getting people to do difficult things while making it seem like fun. She brings this concept along as she co-facilitates team building meetings or works behind the scenes with Jerry Eppler for such diverse clients as Discovery Channel, Taymor Industries, Sprint, MPR Associates, Mitsui and the minister of economics of the country of Estonia.
Since 1990 she has been using her drawing, writing, and facilitation skills to compliment her husband Jerry's management consulting business. She has developed a unique process, in the form of customized drawings, to anchor the team building experience for participants. She also practices physical therapy in the home health setting in Monterey County, California.
