TIM SMITH
Tim Smith is a leadership development specialist with length and breadth of experience in both large and small organizations. With a masters degree in organization development from Chapman University and over 15 years in the field, Tim brings both in-depth understanding of organizational issues, and hands-on experience assisting leaders to a greater personal and professional effectiveness through coaching, teambuilding and executive development engagements.
Tim utilizes an array of approaches, carefully chosen in concert with the client, to insure optimum results. His background includes enneagram studies, Jungian psychology, and organizational culture studies. His commitment is to creating healthier, better functioning relationships that drive organizational results.
His work includes large-scale culture change, M&A transition work, new leader transition processes, multi-rater feedback surveys and executive development. Tim has assisted hundreds of business executives and managers to become better leaders, motivate their teams, solve difficult organizational issues by creating better balance and alignment within their teams and companies.
Tim lives in Carmel, California and enjoys playing tennis, golf, poetry, vintage motorcycles and his family and friends.
