PHIL BUTLER, PhD
Phillip Butler, PhD, has been an experienced manager for over 20 years with a doctorate from the University of California, San Diego; he has been a professor of management at the US Naval Postgraduate School, and a professor of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management for Chapman College. He is a highly decorated veteran who spent eight years as a POW in Vietnam. He has 25 years of consultant experience in personal, group and organization development and is a well-known keynote, motivational speaker.
