One-on-One Executive Intensive -- Details

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

This One-on-One Executive Intensive requires you to dig deep into yourself and confront both the pleasant and unpleasant aspects of what motivates you and what impact that motivation is having on your life.

This is not a passive experience where you sit back and accept superficial suggestions on motivation, leadership and balance.

Instead you will:

• Fully encounter yourself and take a course of action that enables you to accept your challenges and move through them with confidence and strength instead of backing away from those challenges and refusing to face the difficult questions confronting you.
• Face your fears head on and transform them into positive learning experiences.
• See yourself as you really are while adopting a vision for becoming who you want to be.
• Broaden your horizons, deepen your perspective and be positively changed forever.
• Go where your search for truth takes you, without being criticized or judged.

How does this happen?

I draw from a variety of disciplines to tailor a unique seminar specifically to your needs, based on an in-depth survey, which is sent to you in advance. The content is totally experiential and involves sessions with appropriate faculty and resource people in addition to the time that we spend together.

I help you identify and express your personal goals and vision within the context of organizational expectations and responsibilities. Together we will develop an action plan with a focus on specific steps for you to take in the next six to twelve months in order to insure that progress begun during the Intensive will continue into the future.
